Cory DeGraaf is responsible for monitoring and tracking investment activity at Dixon Financial Services and for supporting the firm's day-to-day operations. He also helps provide the financial services that meet the goals and objectives of the clients we serve.

Why I Joined Dixon Financial Services:

Throughout my career in financial services, I have been drawn to organizations that place clients at the center of everything they do. To me, excellent service means more than completing a task, it means being dependable, attending to the details, and making each client feel genuinely supported.

I began my financial career in 2018 at Buckingham Strategic Partners (formerly Loring Ward), where I served as Team Leader of the New Accounts team and gained valuable experience helping advisors and their clients navigate important account-opening and transition processes. I was also honored to receive the firm's Spirit of the Mission Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate a passion to serve, a passion to progress, and a passion to do what is right.

I joined Dixon Financial Services because I saw those same values reflected in the firm's culture. DFS has a clear commitment to building lasting relationships, providing thoughtful and personalized service, and continually improving the client experience. I am excited every day to contribute to that mission, keep expanding my knowledge, and help make a positive difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Outside of Work, My Passions Include:

I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring the mountains. Hiking, skiing, and kayaking are some of my favorite activities, and I always value time with friends and family. After moving to Walnut Creek from the Sacramento area, I have enjoyed getting to know the community and discovering new trails and outdoor destinations throughout the Bay Area.

Cory began his career in the financial services industry in 2018 with Buckingham Strategic Partners, and joined Dixon Financial Services in 2022. Cory is a Notary Public.
